I have a workbook that ranges from about 400KB to 700KB in size. Depending on the specs of the users computer it can take up to 30 seconds to save. I have written the program to save and compare the changes every 1-2 minutes because it is a schedules based document. I have it setup that if a particular user automatically tries and saves while another user is doing there automatic save it will re-schedule to try again in say 30 seconds because you cant both save at the same time. This works great on most computers but if one of the users is using a slow comuter the saves take way too long and this will cause problems.
So after all of that, all I am trying to achieve is to find a way to speed up the saving process. Is there a way that this can be done.
