help - emailing data from excel

i have conditianly formatted cells to appear red, amber and green depending on value. if a value appears red or amber i would like excel to mail the info on the red and amber cells to an email address.

I have no idea where to start, i only want the values - (all row data) to be sent in an email where the specified cell that holds the conditional formatting to be emailed. a red cell indicates that a policy isout of date, i would like all data corresponding to that cell to be sent along with any others that have red cells, likewise with amber cells.

Any help would be a massive bonus.
