command button to refresh imported data

hello...

does anyone know vb code to refresh imported data by clicking a command button that you can insert on the excel page rather than clicking the refresh data button on the task bar? just to make it easy for users.

it seems to work the first time but doesnt work if you leave the excel open and go to click it 1/2 later... it doesnt refresh
