Open 2nd workbook that has password

I have a workbook open and want to open another workbook that has a password.

I try using the macro recorder, but it doesn't record the password being entered (like MWord does). Is there anyway to have the password already coded.


2nd question....Is there anyway to automatically choose disable macros in the 2nd workbook from code in the first.
