    Changing Printing Setup with VBA

    Hi all,

I have created a spreadsheet that creates reports via macro driven database exports and have a series of charts on three different sheets (multiple charts & pages per sheet).

The organisation I work for has all printers defalted to double sided printing however for reporting purposes we are required to print to single sided.

Is there anyway that I can use VBA to override the double sided default or can anyone think of any work arounds?

note: I do not want to replicate the printer as a new printer with different default settings. I am looking for a work around that would work on many different machines.

    Cheers,

    Pedros.

    Hi Pedros,

Try printing a single blank sheet in-between each page that is printed. Though you will still be printing double-sided, the back of each page will be blank effectively giving you single sided print jobs.

The only problem (I can think of) is that it will throw out page numbering (if you have included it of course).

    Cheers,

    Robert

    Thanks Trebor,

Exactly the sort of work around I was after and thankfully, page numbers are not a problem!!

    Cheers,

    Pedros.
