Calling Macros

I have created macros and class in a workbook named win. I saved it a addin win1. I opened a new workbook and included the addin win1 using tool>addin.
In the new workbook I am unable to call the macros from old workbook(win1). Besides the class created in the old workbook are also not available

1 First Genrate or create new excels .xls in directory c:\testdata\test_01132007.xls,rename sheet2 name as data

2.i create or have 4 four text file ta.txt,tb.txt,tc.txt,td.txt in dir c:\testdata\.txt
i need to copy 4 four text file to four cloumn in SAME .XLS till cw ,say data from text file,ta.txt to sheet2 column B 5,6,7 9,10 next text tb.txt to sheet2 column C 5,6,7 9,10 and then tc.txt to sheet2 column D 5,6,7 9,10 and then td.txt to sheet2 column E 5,6,7 9,10

4.AFTER half an hour because data is changed in text file ie: next time i need to copy data from text file,ta.txt in same .xls to sheet2 column F 5,6,7 9,10 next text tb.txt to sheet2 column G 5,6,7 9,10 and then tc.txt to sheet2 column H 5,6,7 9,10 and then td.txt to sheet2 column I 5,6,7 9,10

5.i need to copy data from text file ta.txt,tb.txt,tc.txt,td.txt to c:\testdata\test_01132007.xls in sheet 2 column b,c,d,e, next time to column f,g,h,i next time to column j,k,l,m,n next time to column o,p,q,r so on IN SAME .XLS till cw then come out or close excels

note pls SAVE every insert

THanks for the solution offered but the point is that I am just looking for a solution to make my programs and class visible/usable in other sheets.
