disable update screen?

hi! first post here
what command do i need to use in vba to make it so that the sheet doesn't continually "blink" or update while i am running a macro? i know there is one i just can't think of it.

At the begining of your code

Application.ScreenUpdating = False

At the end of your code

Application.ScreenUpdating = True

DoBoysHateDiana ...
