    working with new menu items

Hi, I created a form and a macro to show it, assign that macro to a new menu item and it works as expected, the problem is that when I try to open that worksheet in another PC the new menu item is not available. Where EXCEL stores the info of the new menu item? is it possible to make it available everywhere? storing it in the workbook...

    Thanks
    Juan Uribe

What kind of menu did you create?
It sounds like you created it on your own computer and not in the workbook, such as using the customize and such
In able to get a menu to create in an individual workbook you need to use vba,
    so..
What have you done and what do you want to happen!
Maybe your macro recorder can help as well

are you talking about creating a button in the menu bar and then the user can click on it to show the userform??

    menu item

Thanks, I created a new option in the Excel menu under the INSERT tab and asigned a macro to it. and it works ok, but only in my PC. Do I have to add that menu item via VBA? i saw an example on how to do it programatically but how to tell Excel to run that macro when the worksheet is loaded?
