Best macro for converting currency

how do I create a function macro that convert different currencies into USD? The macro must handle many different currencies.

How are you going to provide the conversion rate to the function?

I'm gonna call upon this macro later. I will put the corversion rates in the function macro. Later I'm gonna use the different currencies as an argument in this function macro.
