Automatically add and execute vba macro

I'm exporting a report from access to excel with the DoCmd.OutputTo .. command. I would like to automatically add an existing macro to the generated excel file and execute it using VBA. Can somebody help ?

As an alternative, you could open the worksheet which contains your macro before importing your access data, to avoid the additional code ...
