Could someone please help me with the code below?

What I am trying to achieve is to:

1. Unprotect the current sheet.
2. Delete any current ranges.
3. Add the new ranges without a password.
4. Lock the worksheet.
5. Move onto the next worksheet and continue.
6. I would also like to make the permissions accessible to the Everyone group as it will be run in a domain.

Every time I run the above I get:

Run-time error '1004'
