    Need Help Please

I need to automate my work without manually laboring going through each column to get my results. Here is my dilemma: I have a column of different names ex.: Dave D1-D10, Day D11-D20, & Dawn D21-30 and i would like to search for one of the three names, if found, then search within the same worksheet in a different column for a specific number in the range of the name, if found, then perform the various functions that I have set in other columns corresponding to the name. I have no knowledge of vba. Frustrated.

Try out the autofilter and see how that works for you, select a cell at the top of your data range and at the top menu , click data ,filter and then autofilter, click on the down arrows to filter your data, when you are finished go back to the menu and data, filter, autofilter, the data will appear again,

Autofilter was EXTREMELY useful in its own way. Extreme Appreciation, Thank You! Just wish that the rest of the sheet could be done automatically. I am greatful for your response.
