Date displayed in regards to last save

I did a quick search of the forums and couldnt find any info so here is the question:

Is it possible to have a cell populate the current date (and maybe time) when the worksheet is saved?

Yes, it is feasible with a workbook event macro ...
But where do you want to store this info ?
