Copy-paste question

I want to paste a bunch of cells on top of another bunch of cells and move the Totals row (last row) as further up or down as needed (to accomodate cells being pasted). Is this possible?

Considering you didnt say whic "bunch" of cells to which sheet you can use the following and modify as needed
