Don't save unless a certain condition is met

I have a speadsheet that I'm using to track calibrations and would like for it not to save unless a certain condition is met.

We're gonna need a little more information than that; for example, are you saving with a macro, or would you like the file to not be savable in any way unless the condition is met? How simple is the condition - could it easily be described in a sentence or two?

Would it be possible for you to attach the code you have so far, attach the sheet you're using at the moment, or describe the condition required?
