Flash 5 or 6 digit random numbers on a screen

I'm interested in developing a simple program that will display random 5 or 6 digit numbers for a quick flash on the screen, maybe only half a second or less.

The idea is that I would then try to read the number and get it right every time. Its part of a speed reading exercise I'm trying to develop.

Has anyone done anything similar already that they're able to share please ?

Looks like a job for the OnTime method

It wouldn't be too hard, just create the number, use the ontime method to display it in a cell, then clear it. Probably also write it to a second location that is not visible so you can check if you were right.
