Please Help

I have a Workbook of 2 WorkSheets.The first is named DAY0 and the other REFRENCE that contain a LookUp table.
All calculations and Data entries are made in the sheet DAY0 on a daily basis.
The problem is,some of the calculations require data froma previous day.
So my question.
Is it possible to :
(1) Copy the ActiveWorkSheet as values to another WorkSheet in the same WorkBook and name
same as Current day witch is the date of the ActiveWorkSheet =DAY0!R3=TODAY().
Format as mmmm dddd yyyy.

(2) No other WorkSheet can be added by this method for the day.
Copying will be done on a date per.day basis no additions. Say as mmmm dddd yyyy (3).
If changes are made to Active ActiveWorkSheet DAY0 Popup listBox asking to overwrite and save changes, Yes or No.

(3) Set the Maximum pages to the WorkBook to (30 or 31) days depending on the current month.

(4) Save WorkBook to C:\Documents and Settings\User\My Documents\Reports and attributes Hidden.

(6) Delete all sheets from WorkBook EXCEPT the last day saved at the end of the month and REFRENCE.

Note ; Hope i am not asking for the impossible or too much.

Perhaps, but you could Tools, Macro, Record New Macro, perform your functions, (Add new worksheet, rename it, copy the first sheet, Paste Special = Values, etc etc, and see the code generated.

Stop recording and Edit the macro, make adjustments as required, (you can record more than 1 atttempt to see 'variations' as you may need them).
