Complicated data lookup report

I have got a compliacted report to be generated. Pls help with the enclosed file and see if the requirement can be fulfilled.

I analyzed your file and I did a report summary in the sheet 'auto'.

See the attached file... it's possible to change layout but the important is the report in output is correct.

Thanks for your expertise elaboration. The output is almost what i need except the layout. I am going to have the report generated by clicking the list in the category field. Only one category can be displayed at a time.

Hi Antonio,

'Cos I am too weak in VB, I think I have to ask you one last question. How can I add new Category in the drop list when there is new category found in the data sheet? I tried to select the new validate range but after running the VB, it went back to 7 items only. Pls help
