'Cos I am too weak in VB, I think I have to ask you one last question. How can I add new Category in the drop list when there is new category found in the data sheet? I tried to select the new validate range but after running the VB, it went back to 7 items only. Pls help

The problem you had it's because in the vba code I used to delete all rows since row 9 in 'report' sheet.

Now I changed method... I think it's ok.
