Protect worksheet Message

I set the protection of worksheet.
If I double click on the worksheet, the system message box will be appeared.
How can we setup own message box?

I had thought that the message displayed when you violate a protected worksheet is elaborate enough. What is it you want to say which is not said in EXCEL's message box?
