Null Statement

I have two sheets. Second sheet is linked with first one.
Empty cells in the first sheet has 0 value in the linked sheet.
Please help me with this. In the linked sheet cells must be empty, like in First Cell.

I don't know what you mean by "linked".
If your cell in the second worksheet has a formula similar to =Sheet1!A3 then then 0 result will be identical!
