    Question macros to insert text

Can I use a macro to insert a new line and draw a box 4 cells in width? For example, Insert line 107 and draw a box in cells G107 through J107.

I tried it but it would only insert on a specific line and not just on the line above where my cursor is sitting.

Thanks for your help. I appreciate it!
