Calculating parts costs rounded to the nearest $15 in Excell

Would like to set up worksheet calcualting parts costs rounded to the nearest
$15 for a 'labor surcharge' but I can't figure out how to take the 15% and
get Excel to round this cost to the nearest $15. Can this be done?
