I wonder if anybody could give me an idea of creating a tracking
sheet/template for tracking client who pay their fee not on time OR turn in
certain thing LATE.
I've created my own spreadsheet for this purpose, but it doesn't seem to be
really satisfaction to me, because as the reason that I use "COUNTIF"
function to calculate the number of occurrence (i.e.
=COUNTIF($B$6:B6,"Dahlia") and "IF" function to calculate the late fee
according to different number of occorrence (i.e. =IF(D6=0,E6/5*F6,"N/A").
These functions seem to be really Case Sensitive, if I type in the name in
the countif function slightly wrong or in different case, the function
wouldn't be able to detect it the name.
My goal is find something more convenience and automated, so I don't have to
afraid of the function didn't show the accurate amount.
The basic requirement of the spreadsheet is to:
1. Track the number of occurrence of each client.
2. Calculate the late fee that client need to pay according to different
number of occurrence.

Could anyone help me please? ......
