License addin

Hi,

Any suggestion of good license addin for excel?

AppSentinel is said to work, but I have not used it in Excel VBA myself,
just VB.

One consideration to bear in mind. Any code in an excel .xla style addin is
trivially easy for someone with intent to gain access to - the password
protection does not offer any real protection for your IP. Although the code
is compiled the xla also includes the source code.

If you are looking to sell a product then I'd recommend looking at
re-writing to a COM addin which can be shipped as compiled code without the
source. While you can indeed reverse compile VB6 code the best metrics I
have seen estimate that you can only recover about 75% of the code. If you
obfuscate the shipped code then you will have pretty good protection. But, no
protection is 100% safe
