Is there a way to have an Excel Macro fill out a IE web form repeatedly?

I'm trying to upload several hundred invoices onto an online billing system. I'd like to figure out a way to do this automatically. The website uses JavaScript, but can only load one file at a time. I've got a spreadsheet with a list of all of our invoices - full paths to each local file. I've figured out how to make Excel open up the browser, but I have no idea how to make it fill out the form and submit it over and over. Any suggestions? I've never programmed vba before but have a little experience with perl and c. Is this something a beginner can figure out or is it out of my league?

    Thanks.
