ThisWorkbook.Path not working...

any ideas why when i call "thisworkbook.path" nothing is returned?
like it's null - not even being assigned...

how can there be no path saved? i thought that everything in a computer
had a path .... can you expound a ilttle more?

ok i was an idiot ..i know what you're saying now .. the workbook
hasn't been saved. makes total sense because for some reason my
workbook (copied from a template) is cloning itself twice. thanks for
your help!!! never even thought about that!
