    report output format

Having applied a filter to the spreadsheet, and set up the print format with headers and footers, Excel produces a nice print-ready document.

Is there an easy way to save this format so I can email the document produced? All I seem to be able to save (or attach to an email) is the entire spreadsheet.

Select all the cells you want copied,
copy and paste them to a second single sheet workbook and send that.

When you copy cells with filtered data, only the visible rows are copied.
