Hi all,

I have a spreadsheet that prints about 260 establishment reports from Excel
to a printer, I have know been asked to print these in PDF format so that
they will be able to be emailed and stored electronically. The report print
each one as a separate item relating to the establishment code.

The idea would be to use this code as the part of the name of the file.

I get as far as the save as dialog box.
