Any good links to tutorial how to write small help for each custom function

Thanx, there is one little problem that i cannot understand. In help file it
was written that I place help text to a XLA-s worksheet, but XLA do not have
any workbooks. Mayby I understood instructions wrong, or I should have that
information stored in any workbook I open and use my custom functions?
