Shipping price, maybe challenge of the day

    Hi
I'm trying to make a pricelist for shipping that is getting to
complicated for using the If function and I don't get it to work
properly. Or at least the way I try to build it, it looks really messy
and it will bee a pain for other people to maintain it on next update.
The price list is more or less like this, in sheet one.

    A b c d
    Fixcost variable cost
    Up to 5m 200
    Up to 8m 300
    Over 8m (and less than 10Gton) 500
    Between 10 and 50Gt 1000
    If over 50t then
    Up to 300NT 2000 2 (for each N ton up to 300)
    Next 400NT 2000 1, 5 (for each N ton between 300 and 700)
    Over 700NT 2000 1 (for each N ton over 700)

In sheet 2 the table looks like this
    A B C D E F
Name boat Class Length Gross Ton Net Ton Price
    1 Lea Cargo 8 13 7
    2 Deap Pass 43 145 43
    3 Sea Cargo 37 107 40
    4 Water Cargo 15 18 17

I will bee very grateful for any suggestions that will help me with
    this.

    thanks

    regards
