Memory Usage In Excel VBA Programming

I have not come across any help on how to manage memory for serious VBA
programming effort. My own project bombs on some systems while it works fine
on others. The problem appears to be memory related. Since I have no help, I
am wondering whether Excel is really meant for major developmetn efforts and
what systemic help is available for such issues?

Perhaps these issues and also OS related issues need to be highlighted adn
made more widely available. Also a turorial on Excel memory usage and
manageement would be of great help.
