    Dynamically Add Combo Boxes

    Hello:
I woudl like to build a form that behaves in a manner that is similar to the
Excel Conditional Formatting Screen. By this I mean, that as the user selects
an option, an additional combo box appears for the next selection. Im not
sure if the best way to do this is to pre build the controls and hide them,
or to truly build on the fly since it is not know in advance how many
criteria options the user will need? Any suggestions?

    Thanks

Conditional formatting has a max of 3 conditions.

I'd pick a number never to exceed and hide those controls.
