How do i do segmentation analysis in excel ?

I want to know whether it is possible to do analysis like
segmentation/cluster/factor analysis in excel.

No, you can't. Excel does not support any of those analyses. Your best bet is to go for specialized statistical package like SPSS, Minitab, SAS. I would recommend SPSS for its friendliness.

You can do almost anything in Excel that involves numerical analysis: it's just that some things are
easier than others, and sometimes, it really is better to use other software. If you described your
data, and how the analysis is done (with sample data and sample results) I'm sure somebody can help
you.
