Create Add-ins

hi to All
I got a code for change case now how can i create Add-ins so that i use in
all workbook.

This might be a help:

It contains a workbook download that shows how to create an interactive
add-in controlled by a toolbar.
The toolbar is created when the add-in is loaded, and deleted when the
add-in is closed.
The code is open and commented.
