I bought an excel appl. which is only useful in UK or USA.
It doesn't work properly with an other country setting (decimal problems).
The sellers didn't tell me this in advance.
Who can make such an appl. useful for Euro-zone?
Dirk

Hi,
What exactly are the decimal problems? For example, currency
shouldn't be a problem for euro zone as pounds/pence, dollars/cents,
euro/cents all have the same "base" i.e 100 minor units per major.

Hi Dirk
Cannot agree with you, because I use it in South Africa, and it works great!
Rather tell us what your problems are, and we can help you overcome them!

Hello,
I am happy with your reaction. Gives me some hope.
When I enter for instance 15.50 in Payments and later I press the button "Edit" the amount changes into 155.00
Has to do with regional settings. When I change my settings into UK, than I have no problem.
But with settings for the Netherlands I run into this problem.
I want 5 different and unexperienced people let work with this cahbook.
I cannot expect that they change their settings every time they enter information in the cashbook.
Dirk

Hi Dirk
I think you have just identified your problem. Your refer to an Edit
button. This is not standard in Excel. so it is a button running a macro.
If you hit Edit on the normal toolbar, you only get a lot of options, of what
you want to edit, so I do not think you are referring to this option.
I think you should have a relook at your macro.
Also, Ron de Bruin is from the Netherlands, and I.m sure he will gladly help
you with regional settings for your country. His website is at
