Can a CommandBar Control Caption be Formatted ?

...like setting the Control's caption Text Font to Bold , Blue ...

Controls on a userform, or worksheet control toolbox controls have font,
forecolor and backcolor properties, but not the forms toolbar controls.

Believe these options are controlled at the OS/Windows level. All menus are
uniform.
