    Combining Data in Multiple Cells

    Hello:

I have city, state, and zip in three different cells. I want to combine
that data into one cell with a space between city and state and a space
    between state and zip code.

What formula would I need to write to accomplish this?

    Thanks!

Suppose A1 has city, B1 has state and C1 as zip then use the following
    formula:

    =A1&" " &B1 &" " &C1

You can use "," to replace space (" ") if you want.

    Something like this...

    =A1 & " " & B1 & " " & C1

The "&"operator concatenates the items together.
