specify option to choose on alert msg?

I have a macro that does several file saves and sheet deletes. How can I force the selection of the 1st option on all alerts when I am using DisplayAlerts = False ? An example would be a file SaveAs when you get an Overwrite YES-NO alert. I want to specify YES instead of the default NO without operator intervention. Thanks.

I didn't test far enough. With DisplayAlerts = False, it appears that any alerts automatically have the option set to the first button. Sorry if I wasted your time. Thanks.
