Hi ,
I'm new to this.
I have a Excel Sheet with given columns and rows with some restrictions
on the data.
I need to do the following:

1.Given Columns,Rows should be maintained
2.VAlues of R/C should be restricted
3.Internal conflicts in the workbook should be managed

**Whenever some one tries to violate these rules they should either be
warned or not allowed.


4.Calling tools with given file as parameters to generate required
files.

All this has to be done programmatically.
