I want to modify this program to convert the number to text as given below.

Convert 123.45 to One hundred twenty three point four five cubic metre

Convert 123.45 to One hundred twenty three point four five square metre

or

If the number is in the form, 123.45 ***. it must convert the same to One hundred twenty three point four five cubic metre and if the number is 123.45 Sqm. it must convert the same to One hundred twenty three point four five square metre.
