My Problem is I have been handed a spreadsheet that contains over 20,000 rows and I have been told to obtain a sum of certain expendetures. The problem is that the Dollar amount is in the same column as the title. For Example

Previous Balance- $25,326.23 is all in the same column instead of Previous Balance being in one column and the monetary figure being in the other.

Is there anything that can help me?
