Add Employee / Delete Employee Form questions

Two questions:

1 - I have a Add Employee form I am working on. How do I take the information I enter into this form and then add it to the next blank line?

2 - I have a Delete Employee form I am also working on. It will have a drop down list which will include the employees. How do I delete the entire row where the deleted employees information lays?
