IF("",copy to sheet2,)

I need a program that will copy and paste a range/row of cells (C8:U8) from sheet1 to sheet2 only IF sheet1 B8 does not have an "X" in it. I only need data that correlates with the non-"X"s. Basically sort the rows based on "X" or "" and move all "" rows to sheet2 or vice versa. Please help!
