I attempt to write down an excel file with a file stream in C# :

xmlns:x='urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:excel'
xmlns:'http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40'>...

When I open the new excel file in a English OS, the column width seems to be
ok. But when I open the same file in a French OS, the column width isn't the
same. Why ?
