I am seeking some guidance - I am setting up a staff training/course attendance spreadsheet. I have a data table on a worksheet called "Data" this contains all staff details, and from column F names of all courses attended.

On a separate sheet named "Employee Record" I have been able to pull staff details, i.e. name, employee number etc, using lookup function.

What I have been unable to do, bring through the name of all courses attended by that employee - to match the employee name and to cycle through all the courses (columns f-ad) if there is a number in the column, then to pull the course name (row 1) and dump into my employee record sheet. I have another worksheet called "Course Details" - which breaks down what date the course was held, provider, contact person etc etc - I need to match the course to this tablw and bring through the date of the course - my data dates back to the 80's and i have a repeat on some courses, with different dates. I am thinking that this needs to be a macro, if for next loop - how I go about this I have no idea.
Any guidance would be appreciated
