Fail to use PULL() function !

Hello all,

By introduction of Mr. Richardeye, I fail to use the PULL() function introduced in the following link:

Steps I try :
1. Copy the PULL function code into the active xls VB editor (Right-click on xls and select "View Program Code") ;

2. In any cell, I use the following command:
=pull("'A:\[0501C01.xls]sheet1!'A1")

I get the error meaning: Current Project Macro is closed and the cell shows "#NAME?" message.

Can anyone help me to use the "PULL()" function successfuly ?
