Please help

I am looking for a query that will search a specific spreadsheet or a selection of rows/columns in a spreadsheet and replace any negative digit occurrences in the open spreadsheet with $0. Please help me I will be very greatful.

When I see the word query I think of SQL programming. I am not sure if you meant an SQL query or someother VBA method. Let me know which it is then I ca help.
