Populating a Worksheet from a UserForm

I have built a userform that will be used for capturing data. How do I capture the data into a WorkSheet? I assume the code will run once the user selects a "submit" button (calling the sub)

I will want each new entry to skip down to the next line.

I have multiple fields that will need to go into mulitple Columns on the same row.

Is there an example of code that could guide me there?

I am using Excel 2003.
