Could u pls suggest a Standard Setup Package for me to distribut files into the users computers........an easy to use one pls

i am looking 4 a small and cheap one, cuz there r lots of them in the web and i donot have idea about which is the best for me, bearing in mind that i want to use to distribute small designed programmes
